Like all homemade mac n’ cheese, this mac n’ cheese tastes like all mac n’ cheese made in BBQ restaurants with the super cheesy and gooey cheese, on top of ultra soft and chewy macaroni. The cheese tastes like neither cheddar nor any other cheese, the cheese is sweet and a little tangy like Gouda or Swiss or Sharp cheddar. The macaroni is regular elbows that are so soft and chewy that your tongue can do all the chewing, this is a compliment because your taste buds focus more on the flavor of the cheese, which is pretty much the main part of mac n’ cheese, than the macaroni and really savor the cheese flavor. Those cheeses can be what the mac n’ cheese is made of, but I don’t know because the people at Jimmy’s Famous Hot Dogs keep the whole recipe a secret, only they know.

Good? No Good?

I thought this mac n’ cheese was very well made. I don’t know about you, but if you like chewy and gooey mac n’ cheese, then this is just the right go to mac n’ cheese restaurant for your taste. Enjoy Jimmy’s Famous Hot Dogs mac n’ cheese in any way you want and while you there has a hot dog with it!
